What property is guaranteed to rent?
Land and New Homes : 30 April 2008
"What type of property is guaranteed to rent at the moment?" is probably the question I am most commonly asked ….
For anybody living or working in the area it is clear to see how much land is currently being redeveloped. As a result of this it is essential to create and build relationships with local developers in order to stay ahead of the competition in the market place. Parkheath does just that. With leading Land & New Homes, Sales and Letting Departments, Parkheath have a unique advantage, cross networking and therefore providing a service second to none, giving developers, buyers and landlord's the chance to get the most for their money. A fine example of this are the 24 beautifully constructed apartments within the NORTHWEST DEVELOPMENT situated opposite Watford Junction Station, developed by Valentines Homes.
The attention to detail and the high quality finish make these stunning apartments a cut above the rest, with gated parking at the rear and a location that commuters into London can only dream about….
They are proving to be fantastic rental investments. Parkheath have been successful in letting5 of the luxury ne bed apartments before they have even been completed, which is notoriously hard in the lettings industry, prospective tenants will usually wait to see the finished product until they are billing to put any money down. Not only have these apartments rented quickly they have also been achieving rental figures ranging from £800 - 900pcm, not forgetting these are one bed properties, the rental prices are well above average for the local area. Bear in mind the original question of the best rental investments around, I think you will find the question well and truly answered….
Quoted from our happy
Landlords….
As Landlords of an apartment at the new NorthWest delevopmentt in Woodford Road, Watford, we appointed the services of Parkheath to source a tenant. We knew the a p a r t m e n t , developed by Valentines Homes, was finished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings, in an excellent location close to the Watford Junction Main Line station, with secure off-street parking, so we set our rental expectations accordingly. Having worked with both the developer and ourselves, Parkheath shared our enthusiasm for the property, and knew exactly what we were looking for in a tenant. Within 2 days of their letting instruction, Parkheath had viewings arranged, culminating in a tenancy being agreed on the 4th working day. Not only were we kept fully informed throughout the process, but our rental expectations were exceeded and we are delighted with the result.

Take The ‘Headache’ Out of Letting Your Property
Rickmansworth : 23 April 2008
Take the ‘headache’ out of letting your Property by having Parkheath Let & Manage it for you….
It has been another very busy month for the Parkheath Lettings & Management Team at our new Rickmansworth High Street offices. This month alone the Parkheath Lettings team have added another 5 properties to our Managed Property portfolio, taking the overall number to well over 100. Of these, a large percentage have been looked after by us for many years and we know the properties almost as well as the Landlords – if not better! We regularly receive testimonials from happy Landlords & Tenants, of which we are extremely proud. One such happy Landlord who lives in Australia, and whose property we have Let & Managed since 2003, sent me the following message…
‘We really appreciate the efforts you make looking after our property. You are always cheerful, professional and interested. Without you and your colleagues at Parkheath it would be impossible for us to maintain the property, as we are SO far away’.
We are always on the lookout for new additions to our portfolio and our hard working, in-house Management team are qualified & keen to look after yours. So if you are a Landlord and you want a stress free life – Call us at Parkheath and we can help you save time, sit back, relax and let us look after most important asset for you.
