Parkheath wins Silver for 'Best London Lettings Agency' at the 2016 'Lettings Agency of the Year' Awards

 

Parkheath's Annette Ross and Kate Brookfield accept the Silver Award from Sir Clive Woodward at this year's prestigious Sunday Times and Times 'Lettings Agency of the Year' ceremony, following a rigorous judging process by twenty industry experts selecting from thousands of competing lettings offices.

Now in their seventh year the Awards are widely recognised as the most difficult to win in the industry, and Parkheath was singled out for its 'supportive' and 'dynamic' team as well as for its brand marketing and contribution to the local community. The judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman Katrine Sporle and arbiter Mark Hayward of the National Association of Estate Agents.

We are dominant in Belsize Park, South Hampstead and West Hampstead with over a third of all sales in those areas. In Sales over the past year we have, on average, attained 98.9% of the asking price for all sales, leading to many happy clients. As Lettings Agents we maintain a substantial client roster, and work closely with a network of relocation agencies to ensure quality tenants for our landlords. We work hard for our clients and are agreeing tenancies at an average of 97.5% of the asking prices despite the highly competitive climate. Looking after tenancies in NW3, NW6, NW5, NW1, NW2, W1, W2, W9 and NW10 the results speak for themselves: 75% of tenants in managed properties chose to renew their tenancy last year.
