The company was founded by Malcolm Terry in South Hampstead, London. Once he had established himself and the brand in the area he opened his second office in 1992 in Belsize Park, London. His third office was opened in West Hampstead, London in 2000.

Parkheath is now a network of 10 offices located across North West London, Hertfordshire and Middlesex. We offer the full range of property services including residential sales, residential lettings, property management, new homes and developments.
