To ensure that all our clients get 100% accurate information on this ever changing market and the legal implications of letting; we ensure that the staff undertake rigorous training and are affiliated to ARLA, the industry governing body.  "The Association of Residential Letting Agents" set the guidelines (and the legal examinations) for their members and I am proud to say that almost all of the team have sat and passed their Basic Legal Comprehension Exams and Rochelle, myself and our company MD Alex Sewell, have passed the Advanced Examinations (and have been in the industry long enough) to become Fellows of ARLA, a worthy achievement.
