Franchising in estate agency started in the UK as recently as 1981: today property services account for 23% of all franchises in Britain. It is estimated that as much as 35% of privately-owned properties will be rented out in the next few years. For both sales and lettings these figures will go on rising faster than anywhere else in London and the Home Counties.
Parkheath is an ambitious and successful company now looking to grow our share of the London and Home Counties market. Our franchised offices to date have evolved naturally since 2002 from within the company without marketing on our part. With our high reputation for customer service at home matched internationally by our operations in India and Poland, the time is right to grow our core UK business by both expanding on existing areas and opening up new territories.
