As well as offering experienced staff members, our website allows you to search online though the selection of properties that we have available. You can register with us to receive email and text alerts of any new properties as soon as they come onto the market.

We have found that there has been an increase in the demand from both our private and corporate tenants for properties that are managed. At Parkheath we manage properties on behalf of our UK and international Landlords and look after all the ins and outs that come with being a Landlord. We ensure that your tenants are looked after throughout the Tenancy as well as ensuring that all legislation and regulations are adhered to.

We offer our property management service to all properties, whether we let it originally or not.

Our property management department has a database of reliable and competitively priced contractors, tradesmen and suppliers to ensure that your property is looked after by reliable tradespeople. We vet our contractors regularly and ensure that they not only remain reliable and competitive, but that they hold the relevant qualifications to carry out work on rental properties.
