About Parkheath

Since 1984 Parkheath has been offering estate agency services from our strategically located offices in North West London, Hertfordshire and Middlesex.

The company was founded by Malcolm Terry in South Hampstead, London. Once he had established himself and the brand in the area he opened his second office in 1992 in Belsize Park, London. His third office was opened in West Hampstead, London in 2000.

Parkheath is now a network of 10 offices located across North West London, Hertfordshire and Middlesex. We offer the full range of property services including residential sales, residential lettings, property management, new homes and developments. We have ambitious business goals for the next few years, which start with our plans to expand.

We are widely recognised as innovators in identifying and reacting to trends and legislation before many of our competitors.  Our business is built on our ability to offer our clients a personal service that is both professional and flexible to suit all our clients’ needs. Above all, we believe our success is underpinned by two things - our experience and our intimate and extensive knowledge of the areas we operate in.

Today the company is a successful Franchise. The founding Director, Malcolm Terry is still actively involved in the business, and works closely alongside all the franchised offices to ensure that Parkheath remain what it always has been – an independently owned estate agency which has a passion for building customer relationships and achieving the best possible prices in the shortest possible time.
