Highly Recommended: Working with Eddie (Lettings Negotiator) was excellent. For context, we had a rapid turnaround for moving and amongst this we had a delivery company cancel and change on us, and a somewhat tedious referencing process. Despite the challenges, Eddie was reassuring, clear and professional throughout. He also ensured that there were fallback options at each stage so we always had a clear plan on how to navigate the entire process in the event that our original plan was deviated. His communication throughout was superb, I cannot fault it one bit, he was incredibly attentive and supportive which made the move much more stress-free. I highly recommend Parkheath, more specifically Eddie Harper to others that are looking to rent/purchase a new home.
