Parkheath Belsize Park is the BEST letting agency I have ever dealt with in all of London and I’ve dealt with a fair few! Words cannot fully describe how grateful my partner and I were to have them in our corner during a very difficult letting experience but I will do my best by leaving them this extremely well-deserved review. Our first interaction with the company was with Eddie whom we met at a viewing and were immediately struck by his friendliness and knowledge about the area as well as his transparency regarding the offer process at Parkheath. Eventually, we were grateful to have our offer accepted on a flat we were crazy about and the team’s stellar performance continued with Jenna and Lucy who assisted in answering all of our questions regarding the lease (which there were a lot of and which Jenna answered with knowledge, speed, and patience) and which eventually lead to them setting up/executing our contract with the landlord. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter, and about a month before we were set to move in, we were notified that the current tenant in the flat had informed Parkheath that they would not be able to depart on the previously agreed upon date. This of course put my partner and I’s life in a complete tailspin as we had already given notice at our old flat and therefore, had nowhere to live and presented itself as a situation where we definitely did not expect Parkheath, as a London letting agency, to help us in anyway. In fact, we fully expected them to simply tell us “Sorry, we can’t help you anymore, you’ll have to find somewhere new.” However, the complete opposite happened and Parkheath (specifically Eddie as well as Anthony) doubled down to help us over the next 10 weeks with constant unwavering communication, kindness, solution-based innovative thinking and an astonishing amount of hard work which eventually, and thankfully, led to us moving into our flat successfully just one month later than planned! Overall, it was an extremely tough situation that no one wanted to deal with it, but Parkheath was so helpful and caring - they went above and beyond - that even when we were given the option to leave the agreement, we simply said "absolutely not" as we did not want to take our chances with any other letting agency as no one could be better than the team at Parkheath. We’ve now entered a multi-year contract with our landlord in a flat managed by the company and look forward to a fruitful next few years in the neighbourhood! In summary, if you are looking for a flat in Belsize Park or Hampstead, there is really no other agency you should go to besides Parkheath Belsize Park. Thank you so much Eddie, Anthony, Jenna, Lucy, Tarun and everyone else on the team who made a bad experience so much better! Highly Recommended: Working with Eddie (Lettings Negotiator) was excellent. For context, we had a rapid turnaround for moving and amongst this we had a delivery company cancel and change on us, and a somewhat tedious referencing process. Despite the challenges, Eddie was reassuring, clear and professional throughout. He also ensured that there were fallback options at each stage so we always had a clear plan on how to navigate the entire process in the event that our original plan was deviated. His communication throughout was superb, I cannot fault it one bit, he was incredibly attentive and supportive which made the move much more stress-free.
