I have been a professional landlord for nearly 20 years and have more recently begun using Parkheath where Steven has been my main point of contact. I have been struck by his knowledge of the rental market, his forensic ability to identify improvements that can be made to properties to improve marketability and the consistency with which he has predicted renters’ expectations and price points. All this accompanied by a willingness to go the extra mile to review and assess properties and communicate in a straightforward and transparent manner. It is truly remarkable and I am not exaggerating when I say that by far he is the best letting agent that I have worked with.
